Liquidity Cyclicality

Very few things follow a linear uptrend, and global liquidity is no different. The timing of a potential cooldown in China’s recent liquidity expansion could put pressure on markets in the near term. But we do still expect the broader uptrend in liquidity this year to continue with Asia likely leading the way.
