Coinbase had an ominous tweet an hour ago, just a date of Feb 23rd and a blue dot. Around the same time, Optimism released this:
Is Coinbase launching their own L2 based off of the Optimism codebase? Tomorrow we’ll find out. If it does, expect the narrative around the Arbitrum token to gather steam as well.
