Is Avalanche really considered cost effective? Just this month, we saw fees spike on Avalanche all driven by COQ, the AVAX dog coin. Similar to Pepe driving fees on Ethereum back in Q2 2023. Maybe cost effective when considering subnets, but they are completely different chains essentially
