Yesterday two Starknet upgrades went live on mainnet: parallel execution and block packing.
Starknet is significantly faster and cheaper. The upgrades allowed for a peak of 400 TPS on testnet.
For what it’s worth, mainnet is still under 1 TPS, because there is very little demand for Starknet blockspace.
