Abstract

MetaDAO began as an experiment in using markets to guide governance. It now connects token launches, investor allocation, liquidity, treasury control and follow-on financing. No other fundraising system attempts to remain this involved after a sale closes.

This report asks what that broader model has achieved and what it must still prove. We examine launch outcomes, investor protection, ownership, liquidity, governance and protocol economics across the cohort of curated MetaDAO sales.

We separate observed facts from calculations, interpretation and proposals. The aim is not to defend or dismiss MetaDAO, but to show where its design has created real value, where the evidence remains early and what could make the system stronger.
