Two months have passed since I published the World report – lots has happened since. This piece will be brief, focusing on the adoption metrics and ecosystem updates since May. 

The Growth Story Continues

World seems to be gaining momentum. 

Here are the high level numbers as of the mid-May (the 18th to be exact):

And now (July 28):

In just over 2 months, adoption metrics have grown considerably:

• Total unique humans (orb-verified) increased by ~1.8M. That’s roughly a 14% increase – if this rate of growth continues, we could expect over 18M unique humans by the end of 2025.

• World App users grew 16% from 26.7M to 30.9M, maintaining the ~2:1 ratio between app downloads and completed verifications.

• Daily wallet transactions jumped ~43% from 1.36M to 1.95M, indicating not just user growth but increased engagement from existing users.
